Please be advised that our Hours of Service Waiver that was issued on January 6th is only in effect until midnight tonight.
However, due to the State of Emergency issued for several counties in West Virginia, the Office of Emergency Services has issued another statewide Hours of Service Waiver, which is in effect until the end of the State of Emergency. This waiver was requested for fuel and water deliveries. A copy of the waiver is attached for your records.
